Apparently I’ve not been on since January, jeez.
I guess it’s really shown because diet and exercise has sucked.
Lately I’ve changed my diet (again) but have taken up a high-intensity aerobics class twice a week, pilates once a week and I go a couple early morning runs a week with my friend.
I’m feeling pretty good so far!
I really want to get back on track.
Also, exercise really is a brilliant antidepressant…
